Floraldene and The Boat House stand side by side, sharing one large garden at the back and the same wonderful outlook. Floraldene can be rented on its own or together with The Boat House. The Boat House cannot be rented on its own, as it is classed as auxiliary accommodation.

Floraldene offers generous, comfortable accommodation that suits families beautifully. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a bunk room and two twin rooms, plus two further shower rooms and a family bathroom.
Downstairs there is a cosy snug and a large sitting room with lovely views over Brea Hill, where sliding doors open onto a terrace made for watching the sun go down. The spacious eat-in kitchen opens onto a second terrace that catches the morning sun. There is a separate utility room and a handy outdoor shower, perfect after a day surfing or on the beach.

This spacious three-bedroom house offers comfortable, flexible accommodation for larger families and groups. There is a master bedroom with en-suite, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Life upstairs centres on a large, bright open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining area, designed to make the most of the light and made for gathering together. A separate utility room adds convenience for longer stays.
The Boat House can only be rented together with Floraldene, not on its own.

The garden and setting
Outside there is an enormous two-acre garden with lawns, stone-walled borders and young fruit trees: perfect for football, summer games and children running free. Floraldene has two terraces, one for the morning sun off the kitchen and one for sunsets off the sitting room, plus an outdoor shower.
The houses are just off the road through Trebetherick. Apart from crossing that road, you can walk the ten minutes to Daymer Bay entirely across fields and the golf course, which is perfect for families with children.
